Atlanta Technology provides a number of ways to contact the technical support team for both reporting new support requests and monitoring the progress of all outstanding requests.

Click on this link and complete the e-mail with the details of the issue that you would like us to investigate. Your e-mail will be logged into our technical support system automatically and you will receive the details of the ticket number by return. One of the technical team will contact you to inform you of the progress or to confirm that the request has been completed.


Support Desk

This link connects to the Atlanta Technology support desk system and will enable you to log directly and track the progress of requests. The system can help you manage all of the requests that you have made and those of your colleagues. If you would like to use this facility then please contact the support team and they will configure your login details.
